The Honorable Phyllis Kaminsky

Phyllis Kaminsky of Potomac, MD was first appointed to the Commission on June 5, 1996 and most recently reappointed on August 28, 2002 in consultation with the President Pro Tempore of the U. S. Senate. Her term expires on July 13, 2005.
