Lee R. Seeman of Great Neck, NY was first appointed to the Commission on February 27, 1995 and most recently reappointed on August 28, 2002 at the recommendation of the President pro tempore of the U. S. Senate. Her term expired on August 17, 2004 but, pursuant to law, she continues to serve in it until a new appointment is made.
