Harriet Rotter of Bingham Farms, MI was appointed to the Commission on March 25, 2003 and was reappointed on July 19, 2007 at the recommendation of Representative Dennis Hastert while Speaker of the House of Representatives for additional terms expiring August 9, 2010.
