Commission Chairman Warren L. Miller speaks at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. at a ceremony on March 13, 2002 commemorating the opening of a memorial on the site of the Nazis' Buchenwald Concentration Camp's "Little Camp". The memorial was a major Commission project.
